Florida. 
The Sunshine State. 

I miss it! A lot!

It's almost been a year since I spent that glorious week in paradise. 

(So it's kind of lame that I'm writing about it now, but whatevs.)
Words cannot even begin to describe how much I miss that trip. 
It's definitely the most memorable vacation of my life. 
Mumsie, McKenna, Morgan, Grandmumsie, and Myself. 
And one week. 


I think the trip was so special to me because it was probably the last vacation I'll ever have with my grandma. And it was just absolutely perfect. She loves the beach. And she loves to travel.
And so I connect Florida with my Grandma. 
I'll never be able to think of Florida without thinking of Grandmumsie. 
I'm too sentimental. 


And what's really super sad, is that ALL of our pictures from that trip got deleted. And you could never recreate a trip like that, so even if we went again the pictures wouldn't have as much meaning. 
Sad face.

Anyway!

I love the beach. SO. MUCH.

I would probably do just about anything to go back right about now.

Haha. Just about every other thing I see nowadays reminds me of Florida.

Ask Frederick. 

It's my favorite place on Earth. 

I want to live there more than I want to live in Georgia!

I was NOT meant to live in Missouri.

 (*cough* "Misery" *cough*)

The tropics (kay...technically sub-tropics but whatevs) is where I belong!

I miss stopping at random fruit places and buying the most delicious fruit I've ever had!

I miss walking on the beach by myself for hours on end. 

I miss my TAN. 

And walking down to the gas station with Mumsie in the evenings to buy Monsters and milk and whatever else we needed. 

I loooove the smell of the ocean. And the feeling of the sand between my toes!

I love the constant warm weather. And how when it rains, it's warm. I miss beach clothes!

I love para-sailing!

And the animals that live there!
And Busch Gardens! Holy crap I love Busch Gardens.

(It's a theme park/zoo...not a garden. Haha.)

And the pretty flowers and plants. Mmm.

I love smelling and tasting the salt in the air. And seeing dolphins and fish and cute birds with yellow feet!

(Haha. I don't know what they're called.)

Boats. and seashells. and old tanned people everywhere.

I hope to call it home one day. 

Me, and my dogs. 

I can walk them on the beach in the morning! 

Mmm. This was a really lame post, but it's something I'm super passionate about. 

So I thought I'd share!
